Our Story.

Established in 2007, Another Bakery. has been serving up fresh flavours, quality coffee, and handcrafted baked goods for over a decade. What began as a small local spot has grown into a neighbourhood staple. A place where good food and good company come together daily.

From our signature croissants to our savoury bites, everything is baked in-house with care. Our menu reflects both tradition and creativity, brought to life with quality ingredients, cherished family recipes, and techniques refined over years in the bakehouse.

Beyond the food, Another Bakery has always been about the people. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee on the run, catching up with friends over lunch, or ordering a cake for your special event, our doors are open to bring the community together.

At Another Bakery, we’re proud of where we’ve come from, excited about where we’re going, and grateful for the community that’s been with us every step of the way. Because in the end, it’s not just about what we bake, it’s about the people we bake it for.

FAQs

How much notice is required for cake orders?

For 8″ cakes, please order at least 2 days in advance.

For all other sizes and custom orders, please allow 5 days.

Need a cake sooner than 2 days? Contact us or call (02) 9344 3255.

When can I collect my order?

Your cake will be ready for collection from 12:00pm on the scheduled pickup date, unless you have specified an alternative pickup time in the comments section of your order.

Do I need to wait even if I've ordered online?

Yes! We kindly ask that all customers wait in line to collect their order. Please allocate some extra time for your visit, as we do get busy, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Do you make custom cakes or add personalised messages?

Yes. We can add a personalised message on a chocolate plaque (+$5). For custom designs or anything more detailed, please contact us and we’ll let you know what’s possible, how long it’ll take, and pricing.

Do you cater to dietary needs?

Our Orange & Almond Cake and Flourless Chocolate Mud Cake are gluten-free. On request, we also make a custom vegan cake.

Please note our kitchen is small and handles common allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts), so we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free and traces may remain.

Can I get a refund?

Orders cannot be cancelled with less than 72 hours notice or once production has started. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice.
